Chest Rise

Chest Rise

You make my chest rise and fall steadily

With every breath I take easily.

You are the air in my lungs

I'm so lucky I haven't missed the chance.

To be with you feels as though I wasn't chained,

You pump the blood through all my veins,

Clean it like an henles loop.

Youre the water for my throat, for my belly the food.

Our rows so sour as raw lemonade juice,

I dunno if you're a cure or a curse.

Can't make it out, with you I would.

Change myself, I know I should.

Should I actually though?

My body reacts to you, quite a show,

As though we're magnets,

Like birds on a fence.
